Online Lessons

Sparkle Studios offer live Online Piano, drums, guitar, violin, flute, and Online music Theory Lessons. This means that you can take advantage of our quality tuition service from the comfort of your own home via Skype, Zoom, or Facetime.  We have been teaching worldwide for over a decade to students in the UK, Hong Kong, America, Australia, and South Africa and can teach worldwide.  We also have a live online whiteboard for music theory and marking up the music and this year have had our highest ever abrsm grade 5 exam results taught solely online.  

 

If you are unable to travel to our teaching studios then online lessons are ideal, for people with busy timetables, or for those who live on the other side of the world, Sparkle can still accommodate you!

 

A computer with internet and high-quality broadband internet is best for facetime or skype. Also, your computer must be situated along side your piano or guitar so that the piano keys or strings are visible to the tutor.

 

You will also need a webcam, although most laptops come with built-in webcams nowadays, if you don't have one, you can purchase one.  Ipads also have built-in cameras.

 

An online video conferencing service such as skype or if you have an Apple computer or iPad then facetime can be used.

 

To improve the audio quality of what you hear, you could also use an external pair of headphones or speakers, not necessary but useful if you would like it louder!
